HELP- new granite installation - cracked

Help!!

We are closing on our new home in a couple of days and (http://maplered.com) need advice quickly!

When the Granite (http://tanbrown.org) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops were installed in our kitchen, the cooktop cut-out cracked in two corners and (http://maplered.com) fractured in the third. The fabricator repaired it - supposedly to industry stand (http://maplered.com) ards - whatever they are??? - but I can see it and (http://maplered.com) feel it.

The fabricator and (http://maplered.com) the builder both feel this is okay and (http://maplered.com) we should accept it like it is. I need opinions!!!!
